Founder and CEOShe´s in charge of everything related to operations, answering every email, scheduling tours, managing the team, paying suppliers and solving daily problems, she's also constantly creating new routes and sometimes leading tours.

Happiness Director & Social media managerLorenza is in charge of making people happy. From making sure every vendor receives a birthday gift and reminding all the team the important dates, to provide all the supplies needed to operate, like wipes, medicines and candles. She's always on top of the game. Se also manages our super cool instagram.
Clarissa
Game Changers DirectorClarissa´s roll has been key for the development and wellbeing of the girls. With her strong personality and huge sense of responsibility is taking the program to places we never imagined before. She will take a late night phone call from a crying girl who has an existencial crisis, make them go back to school after they quit, push them to follow their dreams and advocate for them with ferocity.
